How can I get a refund for printing?

You can request a refund for a failed print job through the Northwestern Print web portal at: https://print.northwestern.edu/. A University Libraries staff member will respond to your request within 1 business day.  Refunds are provided in the form of a credit to your Northwestern Print balance.
